The Phantom Stranger makes his third appearance in the JLU-verse, along with his pals Etrigan, Zauriel, Dr. Fate, and Deadman, who is, at the time, inhabiting the body of Wonder Woman:
They end up fighting their old foes Abnegazar, Rath, and Ghast, who seem not to be suffering from the immolation Fate handed them in Alan Moore's Swamp Thing.

I think the Demons Three have been fully restored in regular continuity, haven't they? I think I remember them in Day of Vengeance and Reign in Hell.
