This is another Elsewords mini-series, but this time The Phantom Stranger plays a major role (as you could guess from the cover).
This is an interesting series, featuring variations on some well-known DC characters, wonderfully drawn by the (I think) underrated Eduaro Barreto. The Phantom Stranger doesn't appear in this issue--sort of--but he makes his presence known later on.
