The Trenchcoat Brigade encounters the headless cossack, who is still prattling on, and the Phantom Stranger--on edge ever since he assumed the dark thoughts that lie inside Dr. Occult--has had enough!:
I'm reasonably comfortable in assuming that this is the only Phantom Stranger story where he tosses a severed head around, but I guess you never know.
