As Legends rolls on, the conversation between Darkseid and The Phantom Stranger continues.

This issue is laid out a little differently from the previous ones, in that the top 3/4ths of each page is the main story, with the bottom 1/4th being the ongoing talk of good vs. evil, hope vs. despair, Kirk vs. Picard, etc.:

...ah, The Phantom Stranger is definitely a "glass is half full" kind of guy.

Legends rolls on, but before that, we'll see that the Stranger made a couple of appearances in various DC books with a January 1987 cover date, which we'll get to tomorrow!
