The Phantom Stranger, being a character not limited to one "world", got to make appearances in both the Vertigo Visions pin-up book, as well as here, in a nice shot by Ted McKeever:

...I'm at a loss to explain why Firestorm is there alongside Zatanna and the Stranger, but maybe McKeever just wanted to draw him.

You want to know why the Stranger is alongside Firestorm & Zatanna. Well, noting how McKeever made Z look, I can understand why. :) Firestorm thought he was suppose to be near Z since he was inducted after she was.
